At DNT Safety Training, we believe safety and opportunity go hand in hand. That’s why we’ve developed a division focused on connecting trained workers with employers who are actively building their teams.

This program may resemble a temporary help agency, but our purpose sets us apart: we want to see workers succeed and move on to long-term, full-time employment. Our role is to act as a launchpad—providing safety-certified individuals who are ready to work and helping them transition from DNT’s payroll to the employer’s permanent team.

Every worker we connect comes properly trained and certified through DNT Safety, including:

• Working at Heights

• Asbestos Abatement

• Respirator Fit Testing

Our mission is to ensure that when workers show up to site, they’re ready, safe, and confident.

New Licensing Requirements – Effective July 1, 2024

As of July 1, 2024, under Ontario’s Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA):

• Temporary help agencies are required to hold a valid licence to operate.

• Employers are prohibited from knowingly using the services of an unlicensed temporary help agency.
