About
Meet DNT Safety Training’s Owner
With over a decade of experience in the health and safety field, I have been delivering construction-focused training in Asbestos Abatement, Working at Heights, Construction Supervisor responsibilities, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. My approach is grounded in real-world experience and tailored to meet the everyday challenges faced by workers and employers in the construction industry.
Before stepping into health and safety, I worked closely with youth, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people involved in the criminal justice system—helping them navigate the transition into the workforce. That work gave me a deep understanding of how to engage individuals from all walks of life and create inclusive learning environments, whether in the classroom or on site.
What drives me is simple: I care about people. I enjoy working closely with clients and their crews to ensure not only compliance but confidence. My goal is to equip people with the knowledge and tools they need to stay safe, grow in their roles, and ultimately succeed in their careers.
